I’m trying to redo my wardrobe. Trying to find places to shop that have old money style clothing, but I’m having a hard time.
Does anyone know of any places that sell that style? I’m hoping for clothes that will last. I don’t mind spending a bit more if the it’s good quality.
I’m sure this has been posted about before but I’m looking for boutiques or brands that have French or coastal/old money vibes. I have seen easy clothes USA but read pretty rough reviews of the quality so wanted to see if this group knew of any boutiques or stores you love. I know these are two very different vibes but I’m kind of trying to figure out which I like better - when I say coastal/old money I mean like.. sweaters with shorts, stripes, preppy, knits/crochet etc. less “here’s a plain bodysuit and some trousers” if that makes sense. I think french is pretty self explanatory but think jeans and button down, simple but feminine, unique details etc.
Also, I’m not looking for items that will last a lifetime so while I would love to pay for extremely high quality, that’s not in the budget with a toddler. So looking for average “nice” boutique/store prices instead of high end/luxury items. Think like J crew, madewell, gap, BR, red dress boutique, mod boutique or more standard boutique pricing.
It’s also challenging bc I am really busty with a long torso - but it appears short bc of my chest. So I need longer lengths (not cropped tops) to flatter.
Anyone have any recommendations that you swear by??
ETA: ok y’all have been so incredibly helpful! Some great brands mentioned that I totally forget about! Thank you so much for the suggestions and the callouts around fit, which is definitely a huge struggle I have with looking and feeling confident. Can’t wait for my breast reduction next year! Ha!
