First of all, sorry if this is the wrong sub. I looked around and saw some people asking similar question here.
So I have this Visa gift card, which is at full balance, but it's not letting me make purchases online (Amazon). I used other gift cards before, so I know it should work. I registered the card online with my address, I also called the number on the card to update the 4-digit pin. However, it's still not working and header on the prepaidgiftbalance.com still says "Please update your 4-digit PIN code used for debit transactions by calling the number on the back of your card".
This worked fine before, so I don't know what's wrong.

I've had to follow what people are saying on this post. I filed complaints with BBB for the website and the Kroger company (for selling these cards still). I also filed a complaint at the CFPB to try and get their help in getting some kind of resolution to this.
