When I go to check in for my grocery pickup, it doesn't allow me to check in on the app. I tried reinstalling and that didn't help. Is anyone else having this problem?

Have you given the app permissions for GPS location and turned GPS on? I get a generic "something went wrong" error message if I forget to turn on GPS before checking in.

I notice this happens when something in the order is out of stock or has a substitution. The pickup button is nonexistent even when the order is “ready”. Its frustrating because you have to call in anyway. Not a gps issue for me as I have the setting on.

I’m talking only about the first step of checking in, not the second part when they select what space they’re in.
Does it have the curbside associates get the order ready to bring out? What happens inside?

Please for the love of God only do it if you plan on actually showing up in 30 mins max. Countless times we've had 12 people idle for the whole day which wasted our time and clogged up the system for actual people showing up. Then we had wasted time on getting them together, having to re break the order and then do it again just to dispense it.

It depends on how long it will take for you to arrive at the store. If you're 10+ minutes away they should wait till you are closer, unless your order has no frozen or chilled. Checking in before arrival ensures a faster dispensing time.
