[Sun Care] Does this really mean we need to wear sunscreen indoors in every season?
Here in germany, it is not possible to produce Vitamin D between october/november and march because there's not enough sun light. So it's recommended to go out in summerfor at least 15 minutes with bare arms, hands and face to accumulated enough for the winter months. Depending on where you live it is now possible that you can't produce enough Vitamin D anymore. More on reddit.com
