I did not pay as much attention to TS until folkmore and so missed an era of her life that seemed quite formative. I would love if someone could give me a tl;dr of the intense dislike of Calvin Harris among Swifties? Beyond the Twitter spat and the fact that TS's eating disorder seemed to be at its worst while she was with him, is there something really big that happened that I somehow missed and that will contextualize the hatred for me?

I wasn't deeply following her at this time, but they were such a weird couple to me. They never seemed like they had any chemistry. The fact that one point it was the longest relationship baffled me. Because I could not imagine them doing more than standing next to each other. It didn't seem like she was very into him and he didn't seem like he was very into her. And then it seems like they had some kind of messy breakup . Maybe when the relationship was happening fans who were invested in the time saw more content that made it seem like they liked each other I just never got that impression.
