1 quart round dutch oven?
For Christmas, I received a 1 qt Dutch-Oven. What are some interesting recipes I can prepare in it?
I like to braise chicken in mine. I'm assuming since it's only 1qt you're cooking for yourself? You should be able to fit a thigh or a legquarter in that. I braise mine with red wine, honey, onion powder, and some bouillon cubes or powder, though I don't know how much to use for such a small batch. I have a 6qt I use for about 6 of us.

Ideas for 1 qt
I don't have one, but it's very high on my wishlist for the FTT sale.
I definitely want to make single servings of baked pasta and mac and cheese.
And make batches of caramelized onions and garlic to use as toppings for dishes.
Or a mini-pot of fondue or cheeseburger dip
Or a little pot of bread pudding or monkey bread.
Or to make fried dough/donuts for one.
Or a little fruit crumble/crustless pie.
