The Ibanez neck profile is a hit or miss but I think its something one can get used to. It is a very flat and thin neck, I found it best for lead playing, but it can still be fine for chords. It will sort of depend on your hands and that. Myself I prefer a bigger and thicker neck for chords for added leverage, but a lot of guys are fine with the Ibanez profile. The flat fingerboard radius does have an impact for chords as well, as you'll have to sort of curve your own fingers more to not mute strings and that, compared to say a more vintage Fender radius. Fret size is another important think - personally myself I can't stand the majority of jumbo frets - or at least not all jumbo frets. The problem is, the jumbo size can vary. Some jumbo frets are slightly wider than others and vice versa. I personally hated the jumbos on ESP guitars - way too much like a railroad track, I think they are 'extra jumbo' or something that they use. I found them insanely uncomfortable to play on, but thats just me. You might be fine with it. I played that Ibanez RG652 in a Nebula burst finish and I found the jumbos on it to be a better size and the fingerboard leveling was extremely good on it for the price point. Overall itspretty comfortable and if you can get used to the neck profile and position the guitar well, its totally fine to play on. Anyway, any reason you're after a flat radius or compound radius? All of these guitars you listed are all pretty similar. The quality of them is all pretty close as well. If you're worried about a low action or whatever, believe it or not you can still get a comfortable low action even on a 7.25" radius or 9.5" radius once the guitar is setup well. More on reddit.com

Go live in the province. Search for middle sized cities 200-500K population. Then you have good malls, reasonable entertainment and low prices. However, you need to rent long term and be aware that searching for that is really a pain in the ass (90% is not listed online). So I would hire a local student, to find you places according to your wishes. Only pay per place found (not for time because that you can never check). Then $1,000 is more than enough.
