r/1Password on Reddit: Add more family members
May 29, 2023 -

We are using 1Password at our company and my family plan is sponsored by the enterprise subscription. We are already 5 members, is there any way to add a 6th and 7th family member

What would it cost me each month per additional member.

We are in the EU zone btw.

Does paying for 1Password Family worth it for a family of 2? - Bogleheads.org
It used to be frustrating keeping our individual and shared passwords in sync across our computers and mobile devices, but 1Password handles this very well (and of course securely). We renewed a couple of months ago. ... I recommend Keeper. They have a family plan for $75 per year for 5 users.

r/1Password on Reddit: 1Password for a BIGGG extended family?
November 16, 2017 -

I’m considering Oprahing 1Password accounts to my entire family. I’m talking second-step-cousins here. I know 1Password Families is $60/year and then $12/year per extra person.

I might end up in a situation here where I have 20, maybe 30 accounts on my family plan. I realize there is a shared folder for everyone, although hopefully I can make that read-only for everyone but me so people don’t put passwords in there by mistake. I’d make many shared vaults so people in the same house can share passwords between them (that I wouldn’t have access to, unless I gave myself those permissions which I wouldn’t).

Does this seem ill-advised? Would the 1Password people look at my account as maybe an abuse of their service? Does what I want to do with vaults sound like it will work? Thanks for your thoughts.

Edit: while it’s nice that I got a reply from 1P customer service, if anyone has successfully done something like this, it would be great to hear from you.
