We are using 1Password at our company and my family plan is sponsored by the enterprise subscription. We are already 5 members, is there any way to add a 6th and 7th family member
What would it cost me each month per additional member.
We are in the EU zone btw.
I need to add 1 more user to the family plan, which is currently capped at 5 users. Is there a mechanism to add a 6th user at some nominal fee? Jumping to a $20 per month business plan seems like a bit too much.
I’m considering Oprahing 1Password accounts to my entire family. I’m talking second-step-cousins here. I know 1Password Families is $60/year and then $12/year per extra person.
I might end up in a situation here where I have 20, maybe 30 accounts on my family plan. I realize there is a shared folder for everyone, although hopefully I can make that read-only for everyone but me so people don’t put passwords in there by mistake. I’d make many shared vaults so people in the same house can share passwords between them (that I wouldn’t have access to, unless I gave myself those permissions which I wouldn’t).
Does this seem ill-advised? Would the 1Password people look at my account as maybe an abuse of their service? Does what I want to do with vaults sound like it will work? Thanks for your thoughts.
Edit: while it’s nice that I got a reply from 1P customer service, if anyone has successfully done something like this, it would be great to hear from you.
I think what you're doing makes total sense - although I don't have that many users, I have a related issue. I wish you could disable the Shared vault. I use 1P for my wife and parents, and there's no need for a shared vault we can all see. I'd rather set up individual shared vaults per household.
