The forbes article is horribly written. It starts with "Five months before the start of the FIFA World Cup, the State Department will stop processing visas for visitors from 75 countries, including some of the world’s top soccer nations, according to reports." At the end of the article it says "The visa suspensions will not apply to visitors coming to the U.S. for the World Cup. " This is hardly a forbes quality article, if that still means anything.
