My adjustable bed isn't working anymore. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in but nothing happens at all. Ideas how to fix?
I assume you have also replaced the batteries in the remote. Remotes typically have to be paired with the bed. Crawl under the bed and try to find manufacturer and model. Then start looking for how to pair or reset the remote. More on reddit.com

This Reddit helped me a lot with my research before purchasing as well as figuring out some things that the manual missed so I wanted to share my experience with the remote of the MF 300 adjustable base I purchased a week ago. In the span of a week, the remote has stopped working twice. The buttons light up when pressed, but the bed is unresponsive.

  1. Find the plug to your base. There should be a box attached to it with a green light. A bit further down the cord is a button that says PAIR/FLAT. If your base is in an upright position, use the FLAT to lower it.

  2. Unplug the base from the outlet. Give it a few Mississippis before plugging it back in.

  3. Hold down the PAIR button by the plug, cross your fingers and toes. Test the remote.

Am a bit perplexed why the remote is so easily unpaired, but this has worked for me thus far. I did get a 3 yr warranty with it in case as well.

I have already unplugged it, replaced remote’s batteries, and checked the child lock on the remote. Their is a light at the box on the bottom and this base also has a USB port imbedded into it that also works (so I don’t think it’s an electrical issue).

Whenever I press the button on the remote the buttons light up (the remote responds) but the bed does nothing.

I’m not sure what the brand is but both the feet and head rise/lower, it has a 0 gravity function, and a massage function.

I have no warranty.

So I have a Sleep Science Q-Series Adjustable Base with a Purple mattress (It's a hand-me-down so I don't really know what model/type it is) with a foam topper, but the adjustable base is the real issue here. Last night the remote stopped working. We have changed the batteries, we have unplugged the base for 5 minutes, we have tried all sorts of combos on the buttons. Any button you press the backlighting flashes 3 times and then stops. It's an RF remote (not infrared or Bluetooth) there is no box/button for pairing. We haven't found any manual for the remote we have online. The connections and pathways under the bed are unblocked and should be working. The issue seems to be 100% with the remote. The company does have customer service, but not until Monday. I had the bed upright so we're basically only capable of relaxing on the bed. sleeping is uncomfortable.
