September 30, 2025 - I did not require any support, everything was set up correctly, the issue was that their tech was not tracking anything that resembled real life on our site and 10 conversations and 20 lies from their support team was still waiting for someone to review their issue and resolve it. They refused to provide the background data of visitors to track against our data. When that data is OUR BUSINESSES not Adrolls.

Hi folks, I wish to know weather adroll is good for brandawareness campaign actually I am advertiser and I wish to run brandawareness campaign for my client whose business is in India and wish to advertise in USA for services he provides.

If I recall, ad roll specializes in retargeting? Which is great for getting in front of people who probably already know your brand… So in short, not good for brand awareness. Someone correct me if I’m wrong! I would focus on YouTube for Reach, or Facebook awareness ads. Having good creative is also key.

Adroll is a programmatic network. Probably best to spend you’re budget on a real audience.
