How to install the Flow plugin in After Effects there are lot of YT videos on windows but not for mac. Can any help me with this.

Working through a large project on the side at the moment under a bit of a time crunch. I've got a lot of plugins that really help but I'm noticing specifically i'm doing a lot of timeline management and keyframe management, simple things that could be done with a click of a button.
I know we get a lot of these threads but it would be good to share the ones that are helpful for the more mundane / repetitive tasks. What I'm lacking are tools that are helpful in moving or distributing keyframes around but there are so many plugins out there I'm not sure which to choose.
Some that I already use and love, nearly all free / NYOP:

Motion Tools Pro (so much in there)
Buttcapper
Randomizer
FX Console (obviously, it should be built into AE at this point)
Comp Setter
I could make use of DUIK a bit more.
Any tried-and-tested plugins you cannot work without? :)
I find it really hard to work with the default motion/speed curves. I was wondering if there are any free plugin recommendations?
alright so i have the flow file in my extensions folder but whenever i open After Effects 2020, it doesnt show up there at all. Someone told to remove it from extensions file and add it to my script file but the only script file i see is " EveScripts ", im new to AE so im setting up my plugins and flow ( the panel/graph thing ) and FX Console seem to not work for me, so someone if you could help me out !
Guys is there any free alternative to the flow plugin that makes your work easier. Please suggest me some similar free plugins if there are any?
