I am trying to find a support chat or phone number to contact Amazon Canada for a website issue. My searches have resulted in being directed to the same page. It looks like there is no way possible to contact Amazon Canada customer support. In the past, I was able to find a contact us button that allow me to start a support call.
Does anyone know how to contact Amazon?
I can't find the email. They never refunded the phone I sent back (or rather, never picked up from the Amazon locker - it still says "refund is on the way" and it's been a whole month). They are scam artists.
I’ve spent about 30 minutes looking for it and I’m extremely annoyed so I’m turning to reddit.
I'm trying to get in contact with customer service in regards to an item that I never received but said it was delivered.
I can't get in contact with anyone and it's getting very frustrating and it doesn't say who the delivery was other than Amazon.
If someone could be please help, that would be great.
Thanks.
Not sure how widely known this is. If this is a "duh" moment, my apologies.
Also: Don't trust me. Do your own research. I'm posting a link here to Amazon's warranty info, but you can get to it through your Amazon account, too. When I called for warranty service, the thing that answers is clearly an answering system and it doesn't identify itself well, requests texting me/you to confirm the account, etc. If I just called the number by itself I'd be leery.
I did end up with a live Amazon customer service person who ended up replacing the item.
Backstory: Bought an Amazon Basics tripod. Part at the top snapped. Needed warranty service/replacement. Clicked into the order, into the item, and the warranty info. Warranty has an 800 number to call.

Posting this bc it is such a shit show trying to find a way to speak to an Amazon human representative. There are a lot of scam numbers and websites out there, so just sharing my experience in case you're like me and need proof that this isn't some scam. The forums I came across were really confusing and people were second guessing each other and what not. *Also for people who are having trouble getting in touch with a human rep, you can try copying my answers! hehe
>>> ACTUAL REAL Customer Service Phone Number: 1 (888) 280-4331 <<<
* My issue was that my account got locked and the only way to unlock it was to speak to a representative.
Call number --> speak to automated bot --> asks if they can send a verification link via app/email/text --> may ask a few more times --> I always answered with "NO".
Automated bot asks what kind of issue or problem I need help with --> I said "my account is locked and I can't access it" --> bot asks if I've tried troubleshooting or following instructions given --> I always answered with "NO" --> bot restarts with first question 1 or 2 more times --> I give the same answers.
Automated bot says cannot help with this issue, a human rep will be able to assist further --> gives options for help-chat or speaking to human rep --> I answered "no" and then "yes" for the human rep.
Put in queue for ~5 minutes --> human rep picks up (HALLELUJAH) --> His name: Alvin, super nice dude --> asks for my name, email, and phone number to verify caller is the account owner.
Super nice dude asks if he can send a verification link via app/email/text --> I asked if there was any other way to verify because I don't feel comfortable clicking links in case of scams.
Super nice dude being nice and understanding --> says there's no other way besides going on the Amazon App and requesting a representative through the help-chat --> I didn't want to do that so I just clicked the link sent via text. (as shown below)
7. Clicks link --> redirected to this page (as shown below) --> don't be like me and charge your phone in case you get disconnected lol --> bc who knows how long the queue will be next time you call.
Click link --> will be redirected to this page8. Super nice dude fixes my issue and unlocks my account --> asks me to try signing in again --> works immediately (HALLELUJAH) --> PHONE NUMBER VERIFIED AND LEGIT <3 <3
* FYI: Apparently if your account is dormant for X amount of months (I forgot how long he said), Amazon will automatically lock your account.

Does anyone have the contact number for Amazon Prime customer service?
I have scoured their website and cannot find a single phone number. My Prime Membership was erroneously renewed yesterday and I want to dispute it because I did not renew it. Any help getting in contact with a rep would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Does anyone have the phone number to actually call Amazon? I need to remove the adds from my daughter’s kindle but I can’t find the actual number to call and no one has been answering the chat from their customer service option. Thank you in advance!
I have like 10 things in my basket and every single item says it's subject to a $39.20 import/duty fee. I think there's an error. I've even tested some other items that I'm sure wouldn't have fees and it still pops up.
When I go to purchase the item in the checkout page, it doesn't include the fees, but the page before does say "+ $39.20 import/duty fees". I don't want to have to pay these fees down the road.
Anyway, I've been trying to talk to a live person and have tried to navigate the customer service pages and have googled how to chat with a live person by clicking on "get help with something else" and then "something else", but the page it leads me to doesn't give me any options for a live agent, phone call, or email.
Any ideas on either of these things? Thanks
Edit: I think I figured it out. I finally found a number to call and talked to a live person. The system is super high tech. The operator was able to go into my cart and look at what I had.
She couldn't quite figure out the import duty fee, but we figured out that the 2 things of the 11 things in my cart were duty/import free. So I bought those two things. THEN I deleted everything but one thing in my cart, (just a basic smart plug) . The fee disappeared. So I'm guessing that one of the items was subject to a fee, and even though I didn't have it selected for the purchase, the fee was still looming over the whole order, as of I was going to buy every single item.
