I have the card and also the personal Chase version of the card. I tend to use the AMEX business prime a lot more because of its protections and recently discovered it has return protection. Pretty rare on a no-annual fee AMEX card. The non-prime version also has return protection. I initially got it for the gift card SUB but it’s definitely a keeper. Hopefully the personal version of the card moves over to AMEX since Amazon is looking to switch from Chase.
