I can't find the email. They never refunded the phone I sent back (or rather, never picked up from the Amazon locker - it still says "refund is on the way" and it's been a whole month). They are scam artists.

You have to do so via chat now. Be sure to screenshot the conversation tho as you go along for proof of what you have been told. As soon as you tell them you don’t need anymore help they end it, close the window immediately and then you do not have access to the records. I’ve had to do with with three chats now, and am on my 5th rep (one initially, then two the second time, and now two this time. It’s a complete joke.

I am trying to find a support chat or phone number to contact Amazon Canada for a website issue. My searches have resulted in being directed to the same page. It looks like there is no way possible to contact Amazon Canada customer support. In the past, I was able to find a contact us button that allow me to start a support call.
Does anyone know how to contact Amazon?

You can't actually get through to a human. If you request a phone call you have to interact with an automated bot (with the TTS Brian voice). If you request a chat on the website you also just interact with a bot. My item was supposedly handed to a resident but it wasn't. Literally no way to speak to a human about it, I just get trapped in a loop of bot interactions.

I wish to cancel my prime account for amazon.ca but i am unable to log-in because i no longer have access to the email associated with the account (when i try logging into amazon it asks for the verification code sent to this email). I've tried every option under the 'other ways to log-in' page without any luck, i also cannot use the live chat since i cannot sign in.
