From my understanding, when the item you bought is located in a fulfillment center near you, Amazon uses independent delivery partners (much like Uber drivers), who they employ as a contractors. Tracking for TBA IDs is possible only on Amazon or through special URL or web link which you can copy from your Amazon shipping confirmation email or from Amazon Orders section.
