Is there a service guarantee?
We guarantee our service and replacement parts for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare plan, whichever is longer, as outlined in our Apple Repair Terms and Conditions. This is in addition to your rights provided by consumer law. Equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
What’s covered under warranty?
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your device and all the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories that are purchased separately, like adapters, cables, wireless chargers, and cases, are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law in your country or region.
Our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or batteries that wear down from normal use. If your situation isn’t covered and consumer law doesn’t apply, there will be a cost associated with repairs through Apple. If your issue is ineligible for service, you may need to pay the full value for a replacement device.

Quick question. The Apple at Lincoln Road is being a headache about people getting in/out for purchases unless there’s an appointment (there’s no appointments for the foreseeable future that I know of).
Can you walk into Apple Brickell and purchase a phone, or is it the same thing? Is it a Miami thing, are Aventura/Dadeland the same?
FYI - I’m a foreigner, so I cannot purchase online and pick up (they do not accept foreign cards unless it’s from a select list of countries which, unfortunately, I’m not)
