I'm sure there's some place that has this information stored, but I can't figure out what the login and password is so I can also log into the service on my computer. It did not ask me to enter a password when I signed up, so I'm guessing that I stored the information somewhere in there. (It's not using my Apple ID - I already tried that.)

Sounds like you subbed to a channel, not an app. You’ll need to go through ATV.

If you signed up in the TV app, then it should be in the TV app on your computer (which should be in the same ID). What service did you sign up for? Did you sign up in that unnamed service's app or in the TV app. It's not using my Apple ID - I already tried that. What is IT?

I keep trying to log in to Apple TV on my PC using Chrome/Firefox/Windows Store App, i've tried them all because of this issue, but i am unable to sign in at all.

I know I'm using the correct login details when using the password method, and it also doesn't work when I use the QR passkey code with my p[hone.

No error message appears, it shows it's loading for a second or two, the login box disappears for a few seconds as if i have signed in, and then it reappears again prompting me to sign in, and just does this repeatedly. I can access using my iPad or phone, but nothing else.

Has anyone else had this problem or know any fixes maybe?

Apple has fairly amazing customer support. You really need to bring a question like this to them.

Had the same problem for the last few days. I turned off AdBlockPro for the tv.apple.com site, cleared out local storage and cookies from the devtools Application tab, hard refresh with "Disable Cache" checked in the Network tab, and the login finally worked. Not sure which piece did the trick, but maybe it'll work for you.
