Search Engines are absolute garbage for searching.
Rod Stewart had a music sample in his 1972 song "In A Broken Dream." "Everyday I spend my time, drinking wine, feeling fine."
I am looking for a specific song that uses this sample. One of the lyrics has the lines "I had to do it, i had to live," with a Jazz Trumpet or Saxophone directly after. In the background of the music there is rain and the song in very noir jazzy with city sounds.
Since Rocky came out with his song "Everyday" the internet relentlessly finds HIS song and Rod Stewarts song sampled from. The song has other lyrics but mostly just music, no Rap. Could be a lofi kinda song.
If anyone knows which song I'm looking for, I would be greatful.
This has probably been posted before but always fun to see everyone's official top ten list. I'll post mine in the comments
