Asendia shipping taking so long?
Shipping with Asendia
Does anyone have expierence with Asendia?
Has anyone experience with "Asendia"?
Yeah, they're rubbish, typically used for European orders, it's basically hope and pray for it to arrive, and if it doesn't by the expected date Amazon will generally refund/replace.
I've never had one with any form of tracking information, they usually arrive some time after you've already got your refund. It just gets delivered by your local post, at least it does in Ireland anyway.
More on reddit.comHow long does Asendia take to deliver?
Delivery times depend on the service selected by the sender, the destination country, customs procedures, and the final-mile carrier. Cross-border shipments usually take longer than domestic deliveries because they move through export handling, international transport, import processing, and local distribution.
- Priority services: Usually faster and better suited for time-sensitive shipments.
- Standard cross-border services: Often used for general e-commerce orders and may take several business days to a few weeks depending on the route.
- Economy services: Usually the slowest option and may involve fewer scan events during transit.
Transit times can increase during peak seasons, customs backlogs, weather disruptions, or destination-country delivery delays.

After international linehaul and customs clearance, the final delivery may be completed by a local postal or delivery company. At that stage, you may also see matching events on the destination carrier’s website, such as USPS tracking or Royal Mail tracking.

Examples of possible last-mile partners include USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, and La Poste. The exact partner depends on the service and destination.
My package has been stuck in transit since 10 days, so i want to know if i should be worried or everything is alright?
I’m a Canadian customer, and in the past I never had to wait more than a week or two for an online order to arrive. However I’ve noticed recently that Urban has been using a company called Asendia to ship packages and ship times with this company have become extreme. It’s not uncommon for me to wait over a month. I’ve been waiting for an order since the beginning of May and I can see that it’s not lost, it is moving - checkpoint here, processed there - yet still don’t even have a delivery date estimate. What’s with this Asendia company? Has anyone else noticed this? It annoys me because this wasn’t isn’t free shipping, Canadian customers pay for this.
I ordered a rare iten on ebay on the 4th of July. (Us to Netherlands) Everything seemed to be going well, there were some delays at the international hub, but after that, updates were consistent, until wednesday. That's when I recieved my last update "Departed Asendia facility". Since then, I haven't recieved any updates . I'm starting to worry the item might be lost, given that my previous orders all recieved consisted updates, within 1-2 days, but they could also simply be slow with updates. There's still time, the expected delivery date is the 6th of August. I haven't really had much expierence with Asendia. My previous orders were all handled by Pitney Bowes and arrived within a few days, with consistent updates every 1-2 days. There was one thing I ordered as a guest that took two months to get delivered. I'm wondering, does anyone here have expierence with Asendia? If so, how long did it take before the package was delivered?
