Bed Bath Beyond did not receive item

Had this experience and the seller basically said I was SOL since it was UPS that messed up. Had to file a claim with UPS and took forever to get a resolution. Hope it wasn't expensive since the standard insurance amount isn't very much. More on reddit.com

There were scam sites advertising on FB and other sites, using the BBB logo, but the actual web site was a different from the real site. Usually the web address would be deliberately misspelled in a way that wasn’t immediately obvious. The real website relaunched Aug. 1 cobranded with the BBB & Overstock logos. More on reddit.com
