The new RK61 with QMK firmware or the roughly equivalent GK61 QMK/VIA from Skyloong are actually pretty good. If you get the RK61 you will want to completely reprogram it because it's emulating the crazy legacy firmware, badly, and can be much simplified. https://pastebin.com/tVYKRCj7 - 6 layers instead of 15. Can probably be trimmed down to 4. Layout - tapping the arrow keys gets the arrow, holding them gets the modifier (shift,alt,win/cmd,ctrl). Also tap-and-hold on TAB (tap for tab, hold for left-hand Fn), and Fn-['"] is [`~], Fn-W for Windows, Fn-M for Mac.

Royal kludge is a good option like the above comment or said. I’ve also heard good things about the punkston th61. Only thing is punkston uses optical switches while kludge is mechanical (if Im not mistaken). Mech has more switch options if you plan on modding. If you care about the sound of the board, both (imo) suck though. Both are rgb.

Hey everyone!
I’m in the market for a 65% or 75% keyboard strictly for gaming. I already have a Logitech MX Keys for work and daily use, so this board would be my secondary keyboard focused on gaming performance.
Because of that, low latency is a must — the Logitech has noticeable input lag and just doesn’t cut it for fast-paced games. I want something snappy and responsive.
My budget is around $80, but I can stretch it to $100 if there’s something really worth it.
That said, it would be a nice bonus if the keyboard is also at least decent for typing — nothing too mushy or fatiguing if I need to use it for casual writing or chat between games.
There are tons of options out there and I’m honestly overwhelmed trying to decide.
If you were in my shoes, what would be your top 3 picks for this kind of use?

Most mechanical keyboards are good for gaming. The best for around $100 is the Bridge75. If you absolutely need hall effect, check out the Keychron K HE keyboards. They're over your budget but well-reviewed and good for typing, too.
