How often should I vacuum my car?
Don’t go much longer than about three or four weeks. While it depends on how dirty your car gets, I wouldn’t wait between cleanings any more than that because of the messes you can’t always see. Debris can build up under seats and in crevices and the longer it stays there, the tougher it can be to clean.
Do car vacuums have to be cordless?
No, but I tested cordless options exclusively because of the superior mobility they provide. I’ve spent many years using corded vacuums in the driveway of my parents’ home and they always add a lot of extra work. They often require an extension cord and are a pain to navigate around the car while moving between doors. Of course, they won’t run out of battery, but that’s why we value longevity in our testing.

Best auto vacuum?
Neato are the best bang for the buck out there. Even the cheapest ones do great. You usually get better filters, more brushes and bigger batteries the more money you put into them.
More on reddit.comI'm looking for recommendations on the best car vacuum. I've been trying to keep my car cleaner, but regular vacuums just aren’t cutting it when it comes to all the tight spaces and corners. Between pet hair, crumbs, and dirt from my shoes, the interior gets messy quickly.
Edit: I've narrowed down my research to these options only:
Fanttik V8 Apex Car Vacuum
Dyson Car Cleaner
DEWALT Cordless Handheld Vacuum
BLACK+DECKER dustbuster Vacuum
What’s worked for you? I'd love to hear your go-to recommendations.
Hello detailers 👋🏼 Recently purchased a vacuum that is obnoxiously loud and I wouldn't say that impressive, looking for some expert product advice and recommendations. I own a 4wd and mainly do beach driving, so stain removing isn't a priority, more focusing on relatively quiet, good suction and decent accessibility for hard to reach areas. (Cost friendly would be nice too) Any input would be muscly appreciated! Thank you Note: Located in QLD Australia
Car is in desperate need of spring cleaning, where is everyones go to vacuum/car wash spot that actually has good suction?!
