I have been in this boat. I was unable to find high CRI GU10 bulbs 5000k or above, don’t think anyone makes them sadly. I settled on the Soraa 4000k (Vivid series, which is 95 CRI). Excellent quality light, but about $35 dollars a bulb. 1000bulbs.com stocks them if you need a source. More on reddit.com

Any bright daytime LED would work. Get a lamp from fb marketplace for free or very cheap, and screw in a walmart daytime LED bulb (100 watts or more). It’s better if the lamp is adjustable so you can manipulate how high and what angle the light will be hitting your plants. More on reddit.com

You are asking for products that are possible but complicated and expensive to produce. There are little incentives and it's fairly niche so the lack of affordability and demand means low profits. Full spectrum lighting usually means high tm30 specs plus IR possibly some with UV. That's different than circadian spectrum lighting which is cct changing that follows a time clock. Technically all lighting can be considered circadian to a degree. As you manipulate not only brightness but the amount of blue light exposure to the body. I think a bit of your issue is understanding/education on the topic at hand, and also the market not being quite there yet to make accessibility easy enough for you to test your goals.
