With the huge steam sale going on, I'm not sure what to buy, but I want an open world game whereI can roam around aimlessly with friends and have fun, like GTA V: Online. I don't mind the genre. Open to any suggestions, just a good game which could give me and my friends hours of good time, preferrably without having to stress much. Thanks

Valheim is probably the best game I've ever played when it comes to just exploring with friends and finding strange new places to explore, the first time we took to the seas in a longboat together will forever be a fond memory from my time playing games.

Is there any open world multiplayer games that has more interactive social? Other than gta online and rdo, I found this Sky Children of Light game that has very nice social interaction with other people.
Single player is boring, most of multiplayer is either battle royale or fps which is more objective oriented than social. There is VR Chat but Im not sure if thats considered a game per se. Any suggestions is appreciated !
