Hoping to find some recommendations for women's dress pants! I've tried on SO MANY types, but run into issues because my legs are pretty average - maybe even on the small side...but my butt is not, and then my stomach, around my belly button is my widest point. So basically, I'm an apple shape and run into the same issue any time I'm shopping for pants for work; if the waist fits, the legs are super baggy and unflattering. If the legs fit, the waist is tight - sometimes it might feel okay initially, but when I'm sitting, or after being washed a few times, they start feeling uncomfortably tight at the waistband.
The closest thing I've found are Worthington skinny leg pull on pants, but they have that stretchy waistband almost like pregnancy pants, and I'm constantly having to pull them up (but if I size down...they're too tight.)
I'm a size 18 or 20, depending on the fit. And a high school teacher, so I try to stay away from anything too clingy/form fitting. Any recommendations?

Hello my beautiful plus size community.
I think we can all agree we’ve had our fair share of nightmares when it comes to buying jeans.
I had a ride or die pair from old navy that my dog ate through, and they decided to discontinue that Jean style…
I am STRUGGLING to find my ride or die pair. Please help a girl out…
It doesn’t help that I’m in between sizes but it’s safe to say it’s around the 16/18. Curvy styles DO NOT SUIT ME AT ALL, I don’t have any hips to use
I’ve tried:
shiny by nature
old navy
American eagle
kohls
I’m looking for a ponte type material business casual pant. I got a pair of high rise trouser bootcut pants from torrid barely a month ago and they’re falling down in the front only around my belly. I used to have a pair of side zip dress pants with a little stretch that had a really wide waistband that helped hold things in more. But of course they’ve discontinued those and I’m not that size anymore. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Must carry black. That’s the only color we can wear at work.
I believe I’m an FN but I’ve always struggled with bottoms because of my stomach area. Pants will be loose at the back in the correct size but immediately hug my stomach area making them look too tight. Is there a solution to this? I also feel like I lose my legs and shape in the first pair. Would love your advice on what I can do for this!
Hi ladies! I’m looking for the impossible and would love your help. I need work slacks, trousers etc…. That will remain looking unstretched and not overly wrinkly by the end of the day. (I just had to change in an airport bathroom because the LOFT chinos I wore in the AM look like harem pants.)
I don’t have the easiest body for pants, I’m a 16p with a mild apron belly and a larger waist to hip ratio than I’d like. For jeans, I typically wear Madewell or Democracy and I love their belly flattening panel. Has anyone seen quality work pants with a similar feature?
In a perfect world these pants would: come in 16p, not be for too big of hips or legs, not be a wide leg, flatten a belly, stay the same dang shape all day, and be made out of largely natural fibers. Any ideas?
