Are cordless multi tools suitable for professional landscaping work?
What are the advantages of using a cordless multi tool over individual garden tools?
What is a cordless multi tool, and how does it work?
We've just moved to a new house which has a very long and overgrown garden, so I've been looking at cordless garden tools (don't want to deal with petrol, and corded tools probably wouldn't reach to the bottom of the garden).
Eventually, I will probably need a lawn mower, pole saw, brush cutter and strimmer, leaf blower, possibly a chain saw. I don't want to buy these all at once, but what I think would be a good idea (for cost reasons) is to buy into a single cordless system.
So I am looking for reviews/recommendations of the various brands that have cordless systems. Green works, titan, ryobi, stihl, worx, makita... Any others?
What's what with these brands? Which are worth buying into?
Stihl seems the obvious choice, but their range has multiple batteries [AP, AK, AS] across different units which is slightly frustrating, and I was wondering if there are any other options people would recommend? Cheers
