Just purchased YotPo for my business. Honestly, nothing else comes remotely close in terms of what they're able to do.

For me, it comes down to ROI. We're spending quite a bit on the platform, but with the embedded review forms, we've found review conversions to be around 4-5%...this is insane, compared to what it was before.

Of course, they don't just do reviews, and actually have a built-in way to incentivize customers to share their reviews on their own social platforms in return for a discount. This is great for grabbing some more traffic from social channels. The best part is that it's literally set-it-and-forget-it. Once it's done, it just works for you.

Worth the money for us, given that's it's generating more revenue than we're spending, but that's a decision that you'd have to make for your own business in terms of ROI.
