Bing News Publisher can be a pain sometimes. Honestly, you're not alone in this. Some people wait for weeks or even months. If they haven't replied through Bing Support, maybe try reaching out to them on their official Twitter or other social media. They sometimes respond faster there. Also, make sure all the info you provided is accurate. One typo can mess up the process. Good luck, hope it gets sorted soon. And yea, their support isn't the best.
