FWIW, that is literally the worst audio setup you can possibly use. It will sounds like, well, it will sound like you are using a shitty BT mic and recording on a phone. Why are you using it with a lav when it can just clip on and act as a mic. Because you're not going to have lavs that are clip on that don't have a cable unless you use the Rode Go wireless or DJI mic or similar. The transmitters themselves also have a microphone. Wireless audio can be as cheap as the item you linked or it can be thousands of dollars per channel with UHF professional wireless audio.
