We wanted to ask if anyone had any experience with their products and their quality because their prices are very discounted compared to other furniture stores and we're wondering why. In particular, we really liked the Modular Bob sectional.

March 29, 2025 - My parents bought most of their furniture from Bob's. They're perfectly decent. Don't go jumping up and down on them and it'll be fine ... We've purchased 2 couches and a bed+mattress from there so far and we love it. The couches are so comfy that our guests prefer sleeping on the couch when staying over. That said, one of the couches had a few issues that they fixed as a part of their goof proof protection (which I highly recommend you get) ... Ordered a powered reclining sectional from them about five years ago.
