? Select a reason and confirm if you; want to get a refund, return the items to the seller, or get a replacement.

? Confirm the proposal and submit it.

1. China Post: China post is the most used shipping method for shipping packages from China. This makes it overloaded and takes some time, like 4-6 weeks, for packages to reach their destination.

2. DHL, DHL- Abroad: Delivery time is one or two days and sometimes three weeks.

3. EMS, Quick: Takes about 4 -15 days.

4. FedEx, FedEx- Abroad: delivery time is between 1-7 days

5. Hong Kong(China) Post/Singapore Post: Takes about 10- 27 days.
