How to return items to DHgate?
Buyer has the opportunity to open a dispute on DHgate if they have a problem with their shipment, and they are unable to solve such a problem with their seller.

? Search your orders, enter your order number.
? Select open a dispute.
? Select a reason and confirm if you; want to get a refund, return the items to the seller, or get a replacement.
? Confirm the proposal and submit it.
How long does shipping from DHgate take?
