I'm trying to make cable facades in ATM10 for refined storage. One iron nugget followed by one block, but no matter what I do, that pattern produces no output. Have cable facades been removed from Refined Storage?

I'm learning how to use Refined Storage and I'd like to know if there are other options to cover cables. I saw the mod has an a cover item that use a stone bricks texture to hide the cables, but it can be a bit awkward to use only that in some buildings. Is it possible to change its texture? I read that the mod once had a cutting tool that let you do just that, but it was removed. Why? Are there any alternatives that replaced that function?
For what I read, the mod Chisels & Bits could accomplish that, but since from what I understand is not great for performance plus it can be a bit tedious, I'm reluctant to use it.
I'm also on Minecraft 1.18.1 and using Refined Storage v1.10.0.
Looking for a way to cover up my refined storage cables. Anything like conduit facades from enderio that work with refined storage?
If not, are there any plans to? It just looks awkward to have a whole block missing to feed a cable through
I have my refined storage importer coming in on the right side of my machine and wanted to add a solid facade over it. I think you can do this with chisel and bits but I was expecting to be able to use the covers made with the cutting tool, however only hollow covers will go over the importer even on the side of the block.
Is there another option besides chisel & bits? I've heard it's quite involved and I'm already finding it hard to get everything working ( using ftb academy with simply jetpacks 2 added)
Refined Storage's MCMultipart compatibility (Chisels and Bits) was removed in favor of more normal in-mod covers. The multipart compatibility was having a ton of issues.
Chisels and bits is "quite involved" in the sense that it's a bear trap of micro customization.
It's very easy to get caught up in the trap of making things beautiful down to the last pixel.
However, if you can resist its siren song and limit yourself to covers, it's exceedingly simple to use and you can draw out a cover for your cable in a few seconds.
