HBO MAX tells me cancellation is done through the Samsung website. On the website there is no option to cancel, when i try to delete the card being used to pay it says:

"You can't delete a credit/debit card that is being used for a subscription. Please cancel your subscription and try again."

When on HBO I press "Manage subscription" I get sent to the Samsung website where there is no option to cancel.

After lots of trial and error, I was able to cancel my Max today via my Samsung TV settings. Didnt work via Max or Samsung website, and didnt work via Max account settings on my tv. DID work by going to Samsung TV settings > General > System Manager > Samsung Account > (log into account) > Payment Info > Purchase history. Totally intuitive. I really hope this helps someone - it was so frustrating that Mx support just had me resetting my Max password over and over again. IDK if I'll ever sign up for Max again - I remember going through this last time too. Anyway - I hope it helps! Note that different Samsung TVs might have different Settings interfaces, but if you signed up for Max via your Samsung TV you might be able to find it in there. Good luck!

Recently HBO changed to MAX. Since this change. They released a webpage that the subscription button bring you to /settings path. So you can't cancel your subscription. This is 100% illegal.

I tried in the pc and Mobile and is the same because the Max app bring you to the webpage that has this error.

Please max enterprise. Pay some courses for the devs ;) they really need help

I don't know what the underlying app issue is but I noticed you typed "/subscriptions" when the URL should be https://auth.max.com/subscription (not plural) if that helps.
