For anyone else that's skeptical of that deal that's been posted about the Kenmore BC3060 from Target, I bought one and it just arrived today. I can confirm it is indeed the 400series (and you dont have to pray for a warehouse mixup, they just have their description wrong). These are both pictures from the packaging, just with one zoomed in so you can see what's printed on the canister. I've only used it once so far but it seemed pretty powerful! This model is listed in the budget-plus section of vacuums in the subs info, and I think it said it usually goes for $300+. Great deal, and suits my needs.

They have it listed as the 200 series in the link but the BC3060 is the 400 series. Last I read on here the sale ended last week but I ordered mine on Monday and just got it today and it is indeed for the 400 series for $150.
Sale is still on today as well - for those interested.

That is amazing to me that they are selling it for that cheap. I thought Walmart selling the 200 Series, which truly ships as a 200 Series, for $175 was a steal.

Thanks for the tip. I was on the fence with regards to buying a "real" vacuum cleaner because I only have a Roomba and it does the job decently, but my apartment is small and is vastly just hardwood flooring so this would suit the bill nicely and at a price that's hard to complain about. Ordered it on Target and am hoping it's a 400 series in the box. Thanks again! Update: Yep, the box shows BC3060 400 series and the unit itself has the power switch and adjustable suction control on the wand.
