Canon Selphy 1300 not finding our Wifi-network/s : First i thought it was because of too new of a security-standard or 5ghz network interference with my same named 2.4ghz. router had autoassigned channel 13 (less busy then other channels) and was unable to find my own network, only the neighbours. Apparently the printer wlan card can only find certain channels (upto 11?) I will probably forget this post and find it my yearly "print out school photos-evening i have every year.. :D , hello future me. Credit to : Blakrow on Canon forum posted ( https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Software-Networking/PIXMA-MX922-doesn-t-pick-up-the-Wi-Fi-network/m-p/464220 ) Finaly i think i've got a viable fix to this problem. i thought it could be a signal interference with my neighboor's network ( and that was the case ) since my printer only show his network and not mine... so what i did is that i went to my D-link Router défault gettway page (192.168.1.1) and checked the Wireless channel that my router was transmitting on and surprisingly i found that my router was set on Channel 13, which doesn't even show on the channel's select drop down menu ( my router support only channel from 1 to 11 ) so i thought it could be actually the problem ( in fact it was ), so i switched the wireless channel to 6 and my printer detected my Wifi network from the first try. i hope this will help someone More on reddit.com

I had the same issue. I discovered that printer will only connect to 2.4gz wireless networks (modern networks are 5gz). Also, it works only with WPA2 More on reddit.com
