Why are the Pro prices different on the CapCut website vs. the PC app? The website says Pro is $9.99, but the PC app shows $19.99. Are they even the same thing? I’m mainly looking to go Pro so I can use the "standard" templates on my iPhone. Any idea which one I should go for?

I don't know about you guys but here in Canada, Pro is like $11 per month. That's the price of one lunch.

o I have been using the pro version for about a year and a half now at a price of like $7.99 every month. My card expired and I didn't know so I had to change it and now I'm being charged $19.99 per month! Has anyone else experienced this? Is that their "New Pricing model" for new subscribers? Seems quite an excessive jump of 170% when it locks up half the time! I emailed capcut but I doubt I will hear back.

Just noticed CapCut Pro is now €29.99/month for a single seat

And the Teams plan for 2 seats is €264.99/year (which works out cheaper per seat than a single Pro subscription for one year).

WTF is going on with their pricing?

Does anyone know what's up with these two different pricing? Both are Pro plans apparently, I can't find any information that the Pro plan on my phone is only for mobile version.

I live in the US and 3 days ago my CapCut membership was due to expire in 2 days. I was offered the ability to renew for a month at $19.99, but above it $29.99 was crossed out making it seem like I was getting a good deal. Today I went to renew my Pro membership as it officially expired one day ago and I was able to purchase Pro again for $9.99. Is that not scammy lol? If I renewed it 3 days ago I would have paid an extra $10 for nothing

Yes, I am using capcut pro. Since the update of Capcut a few days ago, many functions can only be used by pro members. It is really bad! However, I can get 1 month of usage rights for just $5. If you need it, I can give it to you.

A VPN set to phillipines on my desktop computer shows me a rate of 3,050 philippine peso which is about $52 for the yearly auto renewal plan.

When I pull it up on my iPhone, the same plan shows me a price of only 2,450 ($42 USD) for the first year and 3,050 ($52.80 USD) for the following years.

This is what it shows on the app, but when i click on the purchase button, it pulls up the app store the purchase screen shows me $143.99 per year for 1 year then $179.99 per year. It doesn't give me any option to buy at the price seen on the app.

Any ideas how to get the in app price to work? or how to get that introductory first year price on the desktop app?

I FOUND A WAY TO USE AND CAPCUT P.R.O EFFECTS FOR FREE ON PC!!!

no need to download anything, all you need is capcut and file explorer!!

the video got deleted but i remembered how to do it :)

1. do ur capcut edit as normal, u can add pro effects/materials

2. when ur done, select everything or use Ctrl + A

3. right click and select 'create compound clip'

4. after, right click again and select 'pre-process'. wait for it to fully process

5. after it's done processing, head to the main menu and go to settings. find the folder path next to 'Save to' and copy it.

6. open file explorer and paste the folder path, select the folder that has the name of ur current project

7. select resources, combination, and u can see ur clips!!

little tip you have to wait until the compound clip is fully processed before going to main menu because if not you won't be able to see ur vid :D

edit: i saw that alot of people saying that when they play the vid, it says "corrupted file" and is unable to play. make sure to follow the steps carefully and make sure that it fully finishes doing the pre-processing. don't leave to main menu, or it'll stop the process. hope this helps >3

Before the ban I was paying $7.99/mo for Pro, and then they cancelled our subscriptions. Now to renew, they want me to pay $19.99/mo - has anyone reached out to CapCut and had this rectified ?

Edit: someone commented how to get it discounted (not back at $7.99 for me) but less than $19.99! It worked - I got it for $9.99. Someone else also has a promo to open a new account and get pro for $5.99 so there are workarounds

I'm willing to pay for Pro but if people are saying it costs $9.99/mo and I'm getting $13.49 on one Gmail account and $19.99 on the other, it's beginning to feel scam-ish, honestly.

I'm using CapCut on PC and I was just thinking about getting my pro subscription back after a little break from editing videos and for some reason, the only pro subscription I'm being offered is the commerce one and there seems to be no way to get the other (cheaper) subscription on here. I'm now wondering whether if I got the subscription on my phone, would I be able to use pro on my PC as well? (the price is showing as £10.99 on my phone but £21.99 on my PC per month)

HERE'S HOW TO GET CAPCUT PRO

1- Select ALL of your clips (videos, audio, effect whatever) and turn them into a compound clip

2- Select the newly created compound clip and click on "Pre-process compound clip"

3-Go to your file explorer and use this to find your video

C:\Users\"your name"\AppData\Local\CapCut\User Data\Projects\com.lveditor.draft\"Project name"\Resources\combination

Why are there so many different prices? This list scrolls down with even more. I paid 9.99 on my iPhone, thinking I bought a month of Pro. This screenshot is from my iPad, supposedly you can use your Pro account on up to 5 mobile devices. Even more confusing, my account doesn’t show me having Pro, but the ‘standard’ label is dimmed. It says I need to pay 9.99 to restore Standard. HUH?
