Usually, the two "antivirus" extensions I would use are Bitdefender Traffic Light or Malwarebytes Browser Guard. An ad blocker is also a good idea to improve speed, privacy and security. Malwarebytes has one in the same extension, or some good standalone ones are uBlock Origin or AdGuard. More on reddit.com
