Converting Cyberpower's serial pinout to Cisco's
Hi folks,
I'm just getting some proper gear.. and stumbled upon the fact that my Cyberpower PDU81005 switched PDU uses a funny pin-out which is not compatible with my usual serial cable (they provide one) nor with my Opengear IM7200, which only supports Cisco Rolled X1 and Cisco Straight X2 pinouts..
Cable they provide is RJ45 custom pinout (PDU side) <-> DB9, but the Opengear IM7200 takes an RJ45, so I guess I need to find or make a RJ45 custom pinout <-> RJ45 X1/X2.. Anyone's got any ideas on how to go about it? I've never messed with those wire things.. but would really like to be able to control my PDU from my out-of-band management..
I understand how to punch down keystones on an RJ45 wire, but I don't know what the CTS/DSR/DTR/RTS pins should be wired to, given the Cyberpower only has TX/RX/GND.. Should I just buy an RJ45 cable, punch TX to TX, RX to RX, GND to GND, and leave CTS/DSR/DTR/RTS pins unplugged?
Thanks all..!

Just wondering if anyone knows the pinout colour references on a Cisco 72-3383-01 cable?
I originally had it in a keystone jack but it snapped off so looking to re-punch.
I see the following colours:
Black
Brown
Red
Orange
Yellow
Green
Blue
Grey
Tried searching high and low for the pinouts but can't find anything to match these colours :(
Edit : Resolved
Black - Pin 1
Brown - Pin 2
Red - Pin 3
Orange - Pin 4
Yellow - Pin 5
Green - Pin 6
Blue - Pin 7
Grey - Pin 8
