iCUE Link system hub not appearing in iCUE software
I fixed it just now. In my device manager in USB devices it was saying Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). I went to Device Manager Found the device under USB controllers Uninstalled the device Went to Action / Scan for hardware changes. My fans flashed, turned off for a brief moment. When I went back to iCue app I had the Link Hub and the fans as well in the app More on reddit.com

iCue 5 DASHBOARD ISSUE
The iCue 5 Dashboard has bugs every time they do an update. The only way it works for me and l it's a pain in the ass is to uninstall the dashboard . Reinstall a later version and start from scratch. This is why I ignore updates. And stick with a version that works. More on reddit.com

Just very recently I stopped seeing my Link system hub in the dashboard of iCUE. I can't edit my fan speeds or AIO settings. I have QX fans and the new Link AIO. I can see it in iCUE if I go to software updates but not on firmware updates. Also, every time I open iCUE now, I get a notice that there's an update FOR the Link system hub. I click download and update every time but I don't think it updates anything. I've made sure wallpaper engine doesn't control the rgb lights and I don't have any 3rd party software for my motherboard or anything else that should control the lights. I've made sure all my drivers are up to date on my pc so I'm not sure what it is.

I have installed the hub and the fans power but ICUE does not see the hub. I tried two separate USB headers on my mobo and it has not solved the issue. I have an ASrock b450

Hi. I'm on win 11 (updated) and latest icue 5 ver 5.1.1114 and my dashboard is still messed up. this is when I start my pc
and this is the way it is when I restart the service
manually restarting each time the service is very annoying. Do you also have the same issue?
