I would like to remind everyone that Moen products have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. Somewhere in that box is a sticker that says, “Save for your records”. Put that sticker on the inside of the cabinets where you install these faucets, and write the date you installed them in Sharpie on the sticker. The sticker has your model number, serial number and the 1-800 number for Moen customer service. If anything quits working on your faucet, call and describe your problem. Moen will ship you new parts as long as you own this house. Our kitchen faucet is a Moen and I have needed new inverter valves, a new sprayer, a new aerator, etc and Moen customer service has helped me every single time.
