3 weeks ago - When Costco started selling aids I became a regular customer. Best hearing evaluation and hearing test I have ever had was at Costco none. None of my local aid sellers was even close. Only time I jumped ship was when I had problems with aids I bought from Costco was with a first generation rechargeable aids.

March 13, 2024 - Customer: One of mom’s Costco hearing aids was recently repaired but they said her 5-year warranty is almost up and after that, they will no longer accept them for repairs and she will have to buy new ones.

February 2, 2024 - My left aid now goes out more than an hour before the right one. The 3 years are up in August. There is no real diff in hearing loss between 2 ears. Until a few months ago they both lasted about the same.

August 14, 2023 - At the time of this writing, Costco does not carry Kirkland brand hearing aids. It isn’t clear if Costco’s in-house brand of hearing aids will return. People who bought Kirkland hearing aids and are having issues with their products should contact Costco about their warranty and replacement options.
