Hi!! Does anyone know if the Dagne Dover Daily Tote ever goes on sale? Just wondering if I should just buy it now.
Also, if anyone knows a close dupe I would appreciate it!! Thank you :)
Hi! Looking for literally any similar bag, doesn’t even need to be cheaper (but hopefully not any more expensive than this one) of the Dagne Dover Mara Phone Sling bag. It’s sold out in black and beige which are the colors I want. If anyone knows of anything similar, please let a sis know 🙌
Note: I know Lulu has one similar but I don’t like the athletic look, I want a chic looking purse.

I've been on a co op to help pay for college and I'm going back in the spring for my senior year so I've been looking for a day to day school bag. I can't spend too much money on a Dagne Dover (which I so desperately want). Are there any cheaper alternatives?
I don't care for longchamp bags since I carry a bunch of stuff and the Longchamp would become a black hole of stuff.
Edit: Im prepared to spend up to $100, $150 if i really really love it.
Any thoughts or experiences on the brand Dagne Dover? Construction, leather and durability?
Just saw the new Dagne Dover travel collection. Really interested in the large convertible duffle. Their stuff usually looks like a diaper bag to me, but this collection actually looks good. Anyone else have opinions? https://www.dagnedover.com/collections/travel-carry-on-edit
I recently ordered the all day neoprene backpack from Quince. It came in today and I’m frustrated that the external side pockets barely fit a water bottle. This is supposed to be a dupe for Dagne dover Dakota backpack so I’m curious if anyone has that backpack (in any of the sizes) and if the water bottle pockets are anymore functional on that, I’d love an external pocket for my water bottle (not a huge water bottle)

As well as if anyone has experience with either backpack and thoughts on either! Thank you in advance!
Hi everyone! Just wanted to see if anyone has these bags and which one they prefer?
Thanks!
Hi friends!
I've been on a journey to find the perfect travel bag for a while now, and about a year ago, I discovered the Dagne Dover Petra Convertible Tote.
I love the design of this bag and have been eager to purchase it for over six months. However, I have some reservations. The fabric looks a bit cheap, and I'm not familiar with Dagne Dover's quality beyond their well-known neoprene bags.
Has anyone bought this bag? How is the fabric quality? Is it worth the $285 USD price tag?
What I really love about this bag is its versatility: I can wear it as a crossbody or as a backpack. I'm looking for a bag that I can use as both my work backpack and my personal travel bag when I reach my destination. The Petra Convertible Tote meets these criteria, as it fits my 16-inch laptop and has both backpack and crossbody straps.
Can anyone recommend a similar bag? My main requirements are that it fits my laptop and has both backpack straps (bonus if they can be hidden like on this one) and a hands-free option.
I appreciate any help you can offer!
I love the style of the indi diaper backpack but I’m wondering if it’s worth it. They are having a sale right now which is the only reason I am considering grabbing one.
For those that have one, do you love it or hate it? Do you have the medium or large size, and what would you recommend? Give me all the details!
Looking for a diaper bag that’s functional, aesthetically pleasing, unisex, and not a fortune. I’ve heard about caraaway but don’t want to spend $400 on a diaper bag. Any other recs or is this going to be impossible to find?
I love this subreddit and did an extensive search of reviews/comments/suggestions for work bags that fit my criteria and I came up empty. Basically, I wanted the chic styling of the dagne dover with the low weight and easy organization of the OMG. Oh, and I wanted to pay about $100.
It turns out this was a near-impossible quest but I found one bag that fit my criteria. It's not perfect, but I've been really happy with it: the Kenneth Cole 'Call it a night' bag.
It has padded compartments that fit my laptop (and a separate one for a tablet or small notebook), a bigger compartment with zippered side pockets on the inside and outside. It has wide-ish straps to distribute weight (they are not the comfiest ever, but they work), and it has a strap to slip over your carryon (the velcro is annoying, though). It has pronged feet to protect the bottom of the bag, structure and is really lightweight but looks much more professional (imo) than the OMG. The bag itself also zips shut, which is great for security of items/snow/etc.
Mods, let me know if this isn't the right way to post about the bag. I wasn't sure where to post about the bag b/c I didn't want it to get buried and I wanted others who were looking for bags to be able to search and find this easily since I was on the hunt for a month for the 'perfect' bag and I went through a number of different posts on here trying to find one. I hope this helps!
I'm including the [ebags link] (http://www.ebags.com/product/kenneth-cole-reaction-business-and-luggage/call-it-a-night-16-computer-tote/298867) because it has the best interior pictures of the bag, but I actually got mine (cheaper) on Amazon.
Just wondering if anyone has found a good dupe for the Dagne Dover Medium Daily Tote? I wanted to find something I could buy local as I need it ASAP. Tried to find the Kate Spade Chelsea Large based on other threads but appears it’s no longer made.
Must have features are zip closure, water bottle holder, organization, luggage sleeve, medium size. I need something to use daily to/from work not also can travel with periodically. Thank you for any suggestions!
Hi everyone!
So I’m looking at diaper bags and I want some recommendations on the more expensive ones I’ve seen from Dagne Dover and lululemon I love this Dagne Dover Wade Diaper bag and the new parent backpack from lululemon does anyone have any recommendations?
Also I’m open to suggestions of other brands to look at I just want something that will last and be functional if you may have them
Thanks!
Ever since getting the DD phone sling during the Rouge Celebration at Sephora I’ve been a bit obsessed with the brand. Went to a Runway store this morning and found the backpack! Did I need it? No. Did I purchase? YES!!! 🩷💙 Retails for 215.00. TJMaxx price? 99.00.
Hello FFA! I've broken the rule once already (was told my mini-review/rave was out of place) and I hope this is not in the same vein.. If this should go elsewhere, tell me please.
Quick background early/mid-20s, graduate student & part time work (casual attire), 5'2 (petite). means of transportation is walking (1-2 miles+/day), metro, and Uber. Occasional biking. Needed a bag for work, mini-gym (Soulcycle/Crossfit), and school.
Criteria for me: weight, look (professional/not), purpose.
Lo & Sons O.M.G/Dagne Dover T1
PURCHASE DATE OMG: Shipped Sept 9. DD: Aug 27.
COLOR OMG: Navy/Brown handles DD: Black
PRICE OMG: 220$ with discount DD: no discount :(
WEIGHT O.M.G wins by a mile. It runs circles around DD when it comes to weight. The nylon & comfy paddings around your bag really helps without adding weight. DD's 3.5lb weight really bears down on you when you start adding things that you consider essential like water bottle & laptop. This is the biggest turn off for DD.
SIZE O.M.G. will stand on its own and keep its shape. Because all sides of the bag is padded (bottom insert is detachable), it won't flatten out much, etc. O.M.G. can start feeling real crowded once you put your shoes & laptop in - but that's essentially where my bulk ends. DD flattens out sideways a bit. It's a rectangle, but it flattens out to be a slimmer rectangle (...does that make sense?) because it's pressed between your arm and your body. Looks more like a trapezoid at the end. I think DD will equal O.G.'s size.
ORGANIZING I like DD's better, surprisingly. I really love the long keychain and the water bottle holder. I like that everything is inside and I can zip it up. That said, O.M.G. is definitely more preferred when traveling. outside zip pockets = no need to fumble for passports or open your whole 15 inch bag. O.M.G. would be perfect with longer keychain and a water bottle holder, really!
CONCLUSION to me, O.M.G. wins by a mile and then some. I actually regret getting both, because I think I could've gotten the DD mini to balance out the weight issue (or get something else entirely). I originally thought my DD could be a work bag - like going to interviews, etc. While I still do, that's not enough to justify almost 300$ I spent on it.
I'd recommend DD for those who work close to their home/have a car/don't need it on your shoulder for 30+ min. The look helps, too. That said, I've gotten way more compliments from women who recognized the utility of O.M.G. than DD (and the discounts help SO much).
I might resell my DD in a bit. still on the fence :S - I hope this review helps prospective buyers!
