Hi All!

Need to get a prescription from CVS delivered to my daughter in her dorm. How exactly do I do this on the app? I use DD to order food but I’m not sure how to use it to pick up a prescription. Thanks in advance!

So I noticed that CVS same day delivery is fulfilled by Doordash. Sometimes there’s zero problems, dashers will text me that they’re on the way to grab my medicine and when they’re on the way to drop it off texting/calling and ringing the doorbell when they get to my place. Some seem to lack common sense, ok they don’t call. I get an email from CVS when they’re on the way so I look out for them anyway. But they also don’t text/call when they get here. Then most importantly they put the medicine on the table or bench but multiple times I opened the apartment door for it be sat on the step that’s at the front door. Where someone could trip/step on it or steal it. And I’m trying to think reasonably because it’s not beneficial to me to take time calling corporate and getting people fired. Unlike ordering directly from Doordash I can’t contact the driver unless they send me a text first. Like I also said, there’s other places to put deliveries/medicine on the porch. What else can I do? A sign? A messed up food delivery is an annoyance. Misplaced/stolen medicine is a big problem.
