Me and gazillion other people have lost our money and no refunds are being issued. They never give you straight answers and they always lie to you. When they get caught they reply with a new lie and its a never ending cycle. I'm extremely sad and angry that I had do much money taken from me and I still have no bed to sleep on. I hate them so much.

Thought I'd share my return feedback for anyone in Canada looking at an Emma.

Bought an Emma Hybrid Premium on their Black Friday sale to replace my Endy mattress. Got the mattress about a week later (IIRC). Opened up and gave it a few days to off-gas before moving it into my bedroom.

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the mattress and found I was waking up with fairly sore hips (I'm 5'10" ~175 and fit, generally side/stomach sleeper). Contacted their support on Dec 26th and they got back to that day. A few simple questions via emails back and forth and they said they'd RMA it without a problem.

Once the RMA was approved they checked and said I was out of their pickup areas, so said I could donate it to a charity or person and had to provide a photo for evidence of pickup and a simple form saying who it was donated to (Emma provided examples of both in the RMA documentation).

Once I submitted the photo and signed form, they got me the return within about a week.

Overall, while I didn't love the mattress, I was really impressed with the service and ease of return/donation. I know there's a lot of posts about how various companies do a really poor job of support or honoring their warranty, but I was legitimately impressed with the ease and accommodation by the Emma team.

I can't speak to the experience in other countries, but for Canadians on the fence about giving them a try, in my experience at least, they honored the trial to a tee and were very pleasant to deal with.
