Yea dude I also experienced the same issue. However, you said you used ambient mode on high, so that's why you're battery's draining fast. Even though they don't say it, I just found out ambient mode does drain the battery faster. I used the pros without ambient mode or anc and it actually last about 8 hours as advertised, and I listen to my music loud. I have no idea why samsung doesn't say that ambient mode drains the battery faster, but it does, so if you want maximum battery usage, don't use any modes.

What? The battery is not going to run them for 20 hours. Not without recharging in the case. Mostly I use my BudsPro as hearing aids and they drain about 20% per hour roughly.

If you have ANC on then 5-6 hours is normal, Samsung clearly states this in their specs. You can get a few extra hours (8 hours) if you turn ANC off. More on reddit.com

Has anyone noticed the battery life on the Pros is seemingly short?
I pulled a sw update a few days ago and noticed the battery life was really drained afterwards. I just assumed that it had to do with the actual updating process.
However today I've been using them (for phone calls) for 2 hours and they are already down to 45% from a full charge. I haven't been speaking the entire time and the volume is up quite a bit. I do use ambient setting on high, and then have been playing around with the ANC. Would these features accelerate charge decline?
