Debloat Windows if on a laptop (and you are) then ensure you are on a power plan that doesn't throttle your experience based on battery life, etc when you are plugged in and gaming. As part of your debloat, you probably already killed all non-essential programs running, but you can use a process killer or the task manager to be sure that you dont have some updater for something running in the background. Ensure you have the best possible cooling for that laptop. Usually that mean elevating it off the table and blowing air across it. Heat is your enemy, once that CPU gets hot, you will lose FPS rapidly via iGPU throttle. Cap your FPS to the lowest you can stand and is appropriate for your display and game to prevent resource use. Its great that your XE iGPU can run CSGO at 90fps, but you will generate less heat at 45FPS. Same with resolution... if the game looks great to you at 900p, dont push 1080p. Update drivers to the most functional driver for that chip... its not always the newest one, but often it is. Thats a good start... someone else will pop in and add to it I am sure.
