We can now add virtual prepaid cards to Google Pay.
Yes, Amazon has manipulated everybody's account to no longer be able to use gift card balance for subscribe and save but I have already found a way around it because I found out through my own tinkering that they made this option a user preference now that can be adjusted back to its original state. Here's how to do it: Open S&S master page by first logging into your Amazon account, then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click on "Your subscribe and save". then open last tab Settings. Click on Payment>Change and look for "Yes, use my gift card balance. " click that box and make sure there's a check mark in it. Now close out the window after the check mark is seen and do not touch any of the other yellow buttons below it that say add a credit card because if you do it will take you to another page to confirm that but what you won't see is that the check mark you made in the previous step will have been erased if you make that move by pressing on one of your credit cards. So again just click that box so there is a check mark showing and close out the window. Future gift card balance will now be used as payment for subscriptions. More on reddit.com

Virtual and physical card in Google wallet
They’re the same, you can delete one. However, if you lose the physical one and need to cancel it, then make sure the virtual one isnt the same card as the physical one or they’ll both be canceled More on reddit.com

People also ask

What are virtual cards through Google Pay?
Virtual cards through Google Pay allow you to create and pay with a virtual card when you shop online with Chrome or in Android apps. The virtual cards you create using Google Pay are unique to each specific store, meaning each virtual card will only work at one store. For example, if you create and use a virtual card at Target, that virtual card will not work if you try to use it at another store. Virtual cards help protect your credit card account online by disguising your actual card number at checkout.
