I’ve owned several grizzly tools. Portable thickness planer and table saw, bought them used, took decent care of them, sold them for what I paid years later. Bought a brand new lathe from them and it works great. Their tools are of decent quality, they aren’t 100% precise out of the box. I just got this exact model a month ago and love it. I've also had a Grizzly jointer for a year, and it works great.
I'm not questioning your abilities, but did you take all the time to carefully adjust everything per the manual? More often than not I find my tools fail due to something I did.

Stupid, innocent question: is there a chance that your dust collector is sitting on a circuit that isn't rated to handle the collector? Also - if it's tripping, the breaker could be shot.
As a general rule, I had WAY better luck with my electricity issues when I was able to get machines on dedicated circuits or, at the least, only run one tool per circuit at a time.

I got a Grizzly bandsaw for Christmas. A major step up from the ryobi bandsaw I have. Anyway, I go to set it up tonight, and the bolts are scattered all over the box. I thought, that’s shit, but let’s see if anything is missing. Sure enough things are missing, I’m missing two of the bolts to assemble the base, two washers to assemble the base, and 4 nuts to assemble the base. Very displeased. If I’m going to pay upwards of 700 dollars for a bandsaw, I want all the pieces I paid for. I emailed their customer service, so we’ll see what comes of it.
In the mean time, I’m searching my scrap bin to see if I have any bolts that would fit.

Looking to upgrade my shop with a bandsaw with good resaw capacity, an 8" floor jointer with helical head, and a helical head bench top planer. Been looking at grizzly, which seems to have a good bang for the buck in this area. Does anyone have any general thoughts/experience with Grizzly? Any other recommendations would be great, but trying to keep costs as reasonable as possible given the large investment of these tools.

Grizzly is a reputable brand with good support. They aren't the highest end tool, but they aren't the cheapest either. You've probably noticed that a lot of Grizzly tools look like other brand's machines. Those "clones" often have a lot in common, down to being made in the same factory. But that they aren't exact matches. The major castings might be the same, but the other parts, like motors, electronics, and even screws can be different. As you can guess, Grizzly is going to mid level here. For example, I have the Harbor Freight version of the Grizzly G0760. I've bought replacement parts from Grizzly, and the Grizzly parts have been higher quality than the original parts from Harbor Freight. On the other hand, I've heard that the Delta DJ-20 uses higher end parts than the Grizzly G0490. For example, the DJ-20 uses a metal dust port instead of plastic, and I've heard the Grizzly has replaced some bearings with bushings to cut cost. So, which should YOU buy? That depends on your use cases. As a hobbyist, a $1500 G0490 will last me the rest of my life. There's no reason for me to spend $3000+ on a Powermatic. (In fact, I bought a used 12" Grizzly Jointer years ago, and it's a been a great machine.) But, if I was putting the machine in a busy shop, where it might get used 6 hours a day, I might consider the Powermatic. But, I do have a few Powermatic tools, where I think the upgrades they offer are worth the cost. For example, I bought the Powermatic hollow chisel mortiser. In short, I almost always look at Grizzly's tools, but I don't always buy them. It comes down to price and features. Sometimes the Grizzly is the best match, sometimes it isn't. But IMO, it's always worth the look.
