Im not familiar with Haier in particular but ive looked up E7 and it seems to be a communication error. This means the outdoor board cannot communicate well with the indoor units. This may happen is water damaged the board but you did your best to not make that happen so I dont know. You can try to turn the breakers off again for a day and put it back on again. Check the wires if they got loose (on the terminal on the right side of the unit (while breaker is off of course). If nothing works, the outside boards might need replacing. More on reddit.com

Before I ever go opening up things with electeical problems I disconnect power from them and let them set for a while to deload capacitors before powering them back up. Are these wall mounted minisplit? I think F4 is a low refrigerant code if I remember right of the top of my head but you would have to check the trouble codes in the manual to be sure. More on reddit.com
